PAGASA warns of rainy weather, scattered thunderstorms across Philippines

Several parts of the Philippines will experience rainy weather due to multiple weather systems, according to PAGASA.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected over Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the shear line, while Caraga and Davao Region may see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and other regions can expect cloudy skies with high chances of rainshowers or thunderstorms triggered by the easterlies.

PAGASA warned residents to remain vigilant for possible flash floods or landslides during heavy rains and thunderstorms, advising caution in affected areas.

Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate seas, while the rest of the country will feel light to moderate winds with slight coastal waters.
