PAGASA warns Soccsksargen of possible flash floods, landslides due to amihan

The Soccsksargen region in the Philippines will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the northeast monsoon (amihan), according to PAGASA's latest advisory.

While there is no longer a low pressure area (LPA) being monitored within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by PAGASA, rains may persist across parts of the country due to amihan.

PAGASA has issued warnings for residents in Soccsksargen about possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Apayao, Batanes, and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands will likely experience cloudy skies with light rains throughout the evening due to the northeast monsoon (amihan).

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will see overcast skies with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
