Most parts of PH fair and sunny, isolated rain in Batanes

Most parts of the Philippines will experience fair and sunny weather on Thursday, with isolated rain showers possible only in some areas like Batanes due to the northeast monsoon.

Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao are expected to have fair weather conditions, with light rain showers likely in the afternoon or evening.

Temperatures will range from 23°C to 34°C across different regions, with Metro Manila reaching up to 34°C and a heat index of up to 41°C possible in some areas like the Visayas.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) noted that no tropical cyclone is expected until the weekend, with moderate winds and coastal waters prevailing over Northern Luzon.

Elsewhere in the archipelago, light to moderate winds will be present with slight to moderate seas, posing minimal risks for flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
