Mindulle no longer entering PH; fair weather prevails

Typhoon Mindulle no longer expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), with fair weather prevailing across the country.

PAGASA reports that although Mindulle was initially near the northeastern boundary of PAR, it is now moving away and will not affect the Philippines.

The trough or extension of Mindulle may cause localized thunderstorms in parts of Luzon and Visayas for one to two hours.

Temperatures across Luzon are expected to be warm and humid, with Tuguegarao reaching up to 35°C and Metro Manila up to 32°C.
