PAGASA: Amihan affects Extreme Northern Luzon

PAGASA warns that the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Extreme Northern Luzon on Saturday.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies and localized thunderstorms, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides during severe weather events.

Northern Luzon can expect moderate to strong winds from the east to northeast, along with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds moving in an east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
