Pacquiao willing to get first COVID-19 shot before poor

Senator Manny Pacquiao expressed willingness to be one of the first Filipinos to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, particularly a Chinese-made one that may arrive in March 2021.

Pacquiao proposed cutting the budget of the Department of Public Works and Highways to fund the procurement of vaccines for the public.

He stated his readiness to be vaccinated before marginalized Filipinos, emphasizing that he would do so regardless of the vaccine's country of origin.
