Negros Oriental vaccinates 34K against COVID-19

As of June 11, Negros Oriental has vaccinated 33,975 individuals against COVID-19 with both Sinovac's CoronaVac and AstraZeneca vaccines.

Of these, 23,167 received the first dose while 10,808 got their second dose.

The province also recorded 398 recoveries and 435 new cases from June 8-10 based on test results from Cebu City and Negros Oriental testing laboratories.

In Dumaguete city alone, over 1,300 senior citizens and front-liners have received vaccines as of June 1 using Sinovac and AstraZeneca doses allocated by the Integrated Provincial Health Office since March 22.
