OCTA: NCR COVID-19 weekly positivity rate drops to 16.4%

On Sunday, Dr. Guido David of OCTA Research stated that the weekly positivity rate for COVID-19 in Metro Manila dropped to 16.4%, indicating a possible peak.

David noted this is the first decrease since the current wave began and expressed optimism about cases potentially having peaked.

However, on Saturday, David mentioned slight increases over the past three days, making it unclear if the positivity rate has truly peaked.
