PAGASA: Northeast monsoon brings light rains over Metro Manila, 5 areas

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON due to the northeast monsoon.

The agency noted that the northeast monsoon has no significant impact on these areas but warned residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers are expected in other parts of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
