Amihan brings rains, clouds over northern, central Luzon

The northeast monsoon (amihan) is affecting northern and central Luzon, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila, the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON will experience moderate to strong winds moving northeastward with moderate to rough seas in northern Luzon.

Elsewhere in the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms are expected, with light to moderate wind speeds moving east to northeast and slight to moderate coastal waters.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
