NoCot mayors contract Covid-19

Mayor Armando Quibod of Makilala, North Cotabato and Mayor Jesus Sacdalan of Alamada have both contracted COVID-19.

Quibod was exposed to an employee who later tested positive after a municipal peace and order council meeting on May 10. He and his wife tested positive on May 16.

Sacdalan, the first case in Alamada, believes he may have acquired the virus from a recent gathering where he spoke as a guest.

Both mayors are currently stable and under quarantine at government facilities.
