Palace: NAIA international flights allowed during quarantine

Malacañang clarified that international flights at NAIA are still allowed during the month-long community quarantine in Metro Manila.

Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles stated that Filipino citizens, their foreign spouses and children, as well as holders of permanent resident visas and diplomatic visas, can enter the country.

Nograles emphasized that travel restrictions apply only to domestic flights, land, and sea travel.
