DFA suspends passport apps in Luzon, limits services elsewhere

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has suspended passport applications in Luzon and scaled down services in Visayas and Mindanao due to community quarantine measures.

Consular operations are temporarily closed in Luzon, with limited services available elsewhere until further notice.

Passport applicants will be accommodated once operations resume; authentication and civil registration services are also on hold.

The DFA prioritizes urgent needs such as overseas Filipino workers and medical cases during the quarantine period.
