No RT-PCR needed for fully-vaccinated Boracay, Puerto Galera tourists

Fully vaccinated tourists no longer need a negative RT-PCR test to visit Boracay and Puerto Galera.

Aklan Governor Florencio Miraflores issued an executive order on Wednesday allowing fully vaccinated visitors to enter the province without a negative COVID-19 test, effective immediately.

For Puerto Galera, fully vaccinated tourists must present proof of vaccination and a Safe, Swift and Smart Passage (S-PASS).

Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat stated that 100% of tourism workers in the area have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
