NegOcc requires negative RT-PCR test for all arrivals starting Jan. 9

Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson signed EO 21-61-A requiring inbound travelers to present a negative RT-PCR test result regardless of vaccination status starting January 9.

Previously, fully vaccinated individuals only needed to submit a vaccination card or S-PaSS document.

From January 7 to January 9, the province will conduct rapid antigen tests for incoming passengers and seaports.

Travelers must also submit S-Pass applications in advance with proof of a negative RT-PCR result valid for 72 hours from the date of sample extraction.
