NCR COVID-19 positivity rate rises to 3.2%, nationwide at 3.3%

The seven-day COVID-19 positivity rate in the National Capital Region (NCR) increased from 2.2% on March 11 to 3.2% on March 18, according to OCTA Research.

OCTA fellow Dr. Guido David noted that NCR's positivity rate remains below 5%, which is considered low.

Nationwide, the positivity rate slightly decreased from 3.4% on March 17 to 3.3% on March 18, with 169 new cases and 9 deaths reported by DOH on Saturday.
