Sandro Muhlach files rape complaint after alleged sexual assault by GMA contractors

Sandro Muhlach's condition before and after an alleged sexual harassment incident at the hands of GMA's independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, was captured in CCTV footage released by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

The footage taken on July 21 shows Muhlach leaving his hotel room calmly at 4:39 am to go to the hotel where the contractors were staying.

By 7:53 am after returning from their hotel, Muhlach exhibited noticeable changes in behavior while waiting for friends at his hotel lobby; he walked fast and appeared distressed.

NBI agent Sra Zulikha Marie Conales stated that Muhlach's demeanor changed significantly following the incident, indicating signs of trauma.

On Aug. 19, Muhlach officially filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness against Nones and Cruz with the Department of Justice (DOJ).

GMA Network has suspended both contractors while an investigation is ongoing.

Sandro revealed his ongoing struggles with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder via Instagram, expressing shame and fear following the incident.
