Sandro Muhlach testifies about alleged rape at GMA gala

Actor Sandro Muhlach gave detailed testimony via video before the Senate Committee on Information and Mass Media about his alleged rape by independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz at GMA Network.

During the hearing, Muhlach stated that after a network gala in July, he was introduced to drugs and alcohol by Nones who then proceeded to sexually assault him while under the influence of substances.

Muhlach also recounted how Nones attempted to prevent his departure from the hotel room until checkout time, but he managed to leave around 7 AM without further incident.

Meanwhile, Nones denied any wrongdoing and cited his constitutional right against self-incrimination numerous times during questioning by Senator Estrada.
