Motorists strictly checked at 'NCR Plus' checkpoints

Motorists at 'NCR Plus' checkpoints have been strictly checked and turned away if they do not present IDs or proof of essential travel.

At a checkpoint between Apalit, Pampanga and Calumpit, Bulacan, authorities rejected motorists for violating physical distancing rules and failing to wear face masks.
