Contestants showcase mythical costumes; Allyson wins, Ahtisa crowned

The National Costume showcase segment of the beauty competition took place days before the coronation night alongside the Charity Gala on April 30 in Okada Manila.

Contestants displayed an array of costumes designed by local fashion designers reflecting diverse cultures and traditions across the Philippines, with this year's theme being mythical.

Allyson Mei Ee from Caloocan won first place for her Walo costume, Valerie West from Ifugao placed second for her Enkanto costume, Angeline Cordero Kailani from Iloilo took third for her Apoy ni Santelmo outfit, Chelsea Fernandez from Sultan Kudarat finished fourth with her Princess Lawanen-inspired design, and Gwendoline Meliz Soriano from Baguio was fifth for her Lampong costume.

Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon province won the crown during the coronation night on Friday evening and will represent the Philippines in Miss Universe 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand on November 21.
