Chelsea Manalo hands crown to Ma. Ahtisa Manalo

Chelsea Manalo completed her final walk as Miss Universe Philippines at the coronation night held on Friday, May 2, in the Mall of Asia Arena.

Wearing an off-shoulder lilac gown by Manny Halasan, Chelsea reflected on her journey from winning the national title last year to representing the country at Miss Universe 2024 and earning the Best in National Costume Award for her religion-themed ensemble called Hiraya.

She made history by becoming the first-ever Miss Universe Asia during the international pageant held in Mexico.

On Instagram, Chelsea shared photos of herself in her final gown and wrote a heartfelt message reflecting on her journey as Miss Universe Philippines 2024, emphasizing her growth as a woman and leader through meaningful experiences.

She crowned Ma. Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province as the new Miss Universe Philippines who will represent the country at Miss Universe 2025 scheduled to take place on November 21 in Bangkok, Thailand.
