Miss Universe Chelsea Manalo hosts prelims, charity gala with continental queens

Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo, along with fellow continental queens Tatiana Calmell from Peru, Chidimma Adetshina from Nigeria, and Matilda Wirtavuori from Finland, have returned to the Philippines following their visit to Thailand.

The group arrived in Manila on April 26 and participated in a press conference at Okada Manila the next day, expressing excitement about Filipino hospitality.

Miss Universe Chelsea Manalo will host the Miss Universe Philippines preliminary competition at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City on April 28, with her fellow queens expected to attend.

The continental queens and reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark are scheduled to be special guests at the Miss Universe Philippines Charity Gala Night at Okada Manila on April 30 and will participate in a grand parade at SM Mall of Asia Grounds on April 29 at 3 p.m.

The coronation night event will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on May 2, where one of the sixty-six finalists will succeed Manalo as Miss Universe Philippines.
