PAGASA forecasts isolated rains over PH due to easterlies

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over most parts of the Philippines due to easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by northeasterly surface windflow, while Metro Manila and other areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.

Wind speeds are moderate to strong in extreme northern Luzon with coastal waters being moderate to rough, while the rest of the country experiences light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
