Marcos honors Bulacan rescuers who died during Karding

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. honored the five rescuers from Bulacan who died during Typhoon Karding's rescue operations.

The Senate adopted a resolution honoring their heroism, with Senator Ramon Revilla Jr., Senate Majority Leader Joel Villanueva, and Senators Robin Padilla and Lito Lapid filing separate resolutions to commend the fallen rescuers.

Villanueva’s resolution sought to honor George Agustin, Troy Justin Agustin, Marby Bartolome, Jerson Resurreccion, and Narciso Calayag Jr., expressing profound condolences to their families.
