MAP backs 'Bakuna Bubble' for vaccinated

The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) is advocating for greater mobility for fully vaccinated individuals in Metro Manila.

MAP president Aurelio Montinola III stated that with up to 70% of NCR's population expected to be vaccinated within two months, it's time to shift towards a 'bakuna bubble' or areas where vaccinated people can move freely.

The group supports the idea of granular lockdowns complemented by mobility incentives for fully vaccinated workers and consumers.

MAP believes this approach is necessary to revive the service sector and help economic recovery.
