PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated rains prevail Sunday

Sunday will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers across most of the Philippines due to easterly winds.

PAGASA warns scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Palawan due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA).

Localized thunderstorms may cause isolated rain showers over Visayas and Mindanao, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Light to moderate winds will blow across the country, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
