Habagat brings rain, clouds over Philippines

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) is expected to bring cloudy skies and rainshowers across the Philippines on Sunday.

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, and Bataan due to Habagat.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms and advises the public to prepare for these conditions.
