LPA may develop into depression, bring scattered rain over Bicol, Quezon

A low-pressure area (LPA) located east of Cagayan may develop into a tropical depression within 24 hours and is expected to bring scattered rain showers over the Bicol Region, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Samar Provinces, and Biliran on Sunday.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains.
