LPA brings rains, clouds over Mimaropa

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over parts of Mimaropa due to a low pressure area (LPA), with possible flash floods or landslides.

Calabarzon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds are expected over Luzon, blowing from northwest to northeast, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
