DLSU faces FEU for second seed in UAAP women's volleyball

Top UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball contenders De La Salle University (DLSU) and University of Santo Tomas (UST) are aiming to secure their spots in the Final Four, with DLSU facing Far Eastern University (FEU) on Saturday, April 26, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

With a 9-4 record, DLSU needs a win against FEU and a UST loss to NU on Sunday to secure the second seed and the last twice-to-beat incentive for the playoffs.

A victory by FEU could alter the standings significantly, potentially pushing DLSU out of the top two spots based on their final elimination round rankings.

UST has already clinched its Final Four spot after defeating UP, while coach Jose Roque wants his defending champion team to deliver strong performances in their remaining matches.

Ateneo and University of the East also face off earlier that day at 1 p.m., seeking a graceful exit from the competition.
