Kallos' triple-double leads Ateneo past DLSZ

Zane Kallos of Ateneo de Manila University achieved a triple-double with 25 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists, helping the Blue Eagles secure a 74-65 victory over De La Salle-Zobel on Wednesday.

The win improved Ateneo's record to 5-6, tying them for fourth place in the UAAP Season 87 boys' basketball division and boosting their chances of reaching the Final 4.

Ateneo extended their halftime lead from a game-high 21 points after a strong second quarter performance led by Kallos and his teammates.

Jhon Canapi of University of Santo Tomas scored an impressive 38 points, leading UST to an 82-65 win over Adamson University on Wednesday.

UST's victory improved their record to 8-4, putting significant pressure on Adamson, who now holds a 2-9 record with only three games left in the season.
