ITCZ brings rains over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, embedded along the ITCZ but is not currently affecting any part of the country.

Metro Manila and other regions will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
