ITCZ brings rains to Palawan, Mindanao, Western Visayas

PAGASA reports that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Palawan, Western Visayas, and Mindanao on Wednesday, bringing cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms in these areas.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted 635 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan, or 610 km east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora province.
