PAGASA forecasts isolated rains in northern Luzon

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and isolated rain showers over parts of northern Luzon due to a southwesterly windflow.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with potential for flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley may also see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwesterly windflow.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, with warnings for potential flash floods or landslides during severe storms.
