Isko defers 'Listening Tour' to focus on pandemic response

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has deferred his 'Listening Tour' to focus on the city's pandemic response amid rising COVID-19 cases, particularly with the threat of the Omicron variant.

Moreno prioritizes ensuring that those infected receive proper medical care and recover quickly.

On Monday, Moreno assured the public that Manila is prepared for a potential surge in COVID-19 cases, emphasizing the city's stockpile of anti-COVID drugs including 22,758 tablets of molnupiravir, 3,935 of remdesivir, 3,520 of baricitinib, and 732 of tocilizumab.
