Ilocos Norte scraps swab test for fully vaxxed tourists

Ilocos Norte will no longer require fully vaccinated tourists from Alert Levels 1 to 3 to present swab test results starting December 1.

Travelers from these areas only need to show their valid vaccination card and comply with health checks upon arrival.

Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated visitors, and those coming from Alert Level 4 will still be required to take RT-PCR tests within 72 hours or antigen tests within 24 hours before entry.

Visitors must register at https://ilocosnorte.ph and present valid IDs, confirmed bookings, and individual QR codes.

Starting November 17, fully vaccinated returning residents no longer need to take COVID-19 tests except if they come from abroad or areas under Alert Level 4 or 5.
