Ilocos Norte: No COVID-19 test req for fully vaxxed tourists starting Dec

Starting December 1, Ilocos Norte will no longer require fully vaccinated tourists to present COVID-19 test results.

The provincial tourism office announced this easing of rules on November 18 as part of efforts to make visits easier for tourists during the holiday season.

Fully vaccinated tourists only need to show a valid vaccination card and undergo health screening upon arrival, while unvaccinated or partially vaccinated tourists from Alert Level 4 areas still require negative test results.
