Twenty-five additional members of the House have submitted verification forms to add their names as complainants, bringing the total number to 240 lawmakers who support impeachment proceedings.

Lawmakers who did not sign the complaint are understood to have personal dynamics and relations within their jurisdictions that influenced their decision.

The Senate adjourned on February 5 without discussing the case; thus, proceedings will commence after the May 12 elections.
