Philippines to have hot, humid weather with isolated rain showers this week

The Philippines will experience hot and humid weather on Tuesday, with isolated rain showers in the afternoon and evening, according to Pagasa.

Luzon, including Metro Manila, will have generally fair weather conditions, while other parts of the country may see brief rain showers especially during the late hours.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres noted that no typhoons or low-pressure areas are expected within the Philippine area of responsibility for now but there is a possibility of a weather disturbance affecting Mindanao by the weekend.

The temperature range in key cities across the Philippines on Tuesday will be between 25 to 39 degrees Celsius, with Metro Manila experiencing temperatures from 27 to 36 degrees Celsius.

No gale warnings are issued, and light to moderate wave conditions are expected in the country’s inland seas and surrounding coasts.
