Habagat brings rains, thunderstorms over Batanes, Babuyan, Ilocos

The southwest monsoon (Habagat) will bring cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers, and thunderstorms over Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, and the Ilocos provinces.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms in these areas.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
