Habagat to affect NW Luzon, PAGASA warns

PAGASA forecasts Habagat will continue affecting the western section of Northern Luzon for the next 24 hours.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country can expect partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Severe Tropical Storm Ma-On (formerly Florita) left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Wednesday and is now located west of Calayan, Cagayan.
