IATF considers factors in allowing foreign experts entry

The IATF is carefully considering factors to allow the entry of foreign experts engaged in crucial projects and businesses.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra stated that OFWs are a priority, emphasizing they should not be crowded out by foreign nationals who also need to be tested and quarantined upon arrival.

A foreign government has requested the re-entry of its nationals with permanent or long-term visas; however, IATF referred this matter to a technical working group for further assessment.
