DOH: No evacuee tested positive for COVID-19

No evacuee has tested positive for COVID-19 so far, according to the DOH.

The government will use antigen tests in evacuation centers to screen displaced families for coronavirus, as announced by Malacañang.

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque assured that policies were already in place before OCTA Research Group's suggestion and antigen testing is faster than PCR test.

Roque could not specify which areas have implemented the antigen testing but said it will be available where PCR tests are unavailable.
