Duterte announces 'National Action Plan' for coronavirus

President Rodrigo Duterte announced a 'National Action Plan' to manage the coronavirus outbreak.

The plan is based on Resolution No. 15 of the Inter-Agency Task Force and aims to strengthen efforts led by the Department of Health.

Duterte stated that the Department of National Defense and the Department of the Interior and Local Government, along with the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, will lead its implementation.
