Gov't opens mega swabbing center in Taguig

The government opened a 'mega swabbing center' at Enderun Colleges in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on Wednesday to increase testing capacity.

The facility is managed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) with 64 soldiers initially working as encoders and bar coders for samples taken by medical technologists.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III stated that the center would serve returning Overseas Filipino Workers and health workers, capable of conducting up to 1,500 swabs daily.
