Ginebra dominates NorthPort 131-106, improving to 2-1

Barangay Ginebra secured a dominant victory over NorthPort with a final score of 131-106 in the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup on Wednesday at the PhilSports Arena.

The win marked Ginebra's return to form after losing to San Miguel five days prior, improving their record to 2-1.

RJ Abarrientos led Ginebra with 27 points, eight assists, and three steals, while Jayson David contributed 25 points on an efficient shooting performance.

Six players from Barangay Ginebra scored in double digits, contributing significantly to the team's success, including Stephen Holt with 17 points and Japeth Aguilar and Troy Rosario each adding 15.

NorthPort suffered their third consecutive loss, dropping to a record of 1-3 despite several players scoring in double figures.
