Ginebra dominates NorthPort 127-100, leads series 3-0

Barangay Ginebra secured a commanding 127-100 victory over NorthPort in the PBA Commissioner's Cup on Sunday, extending their series lead to 3-0 and putting them one game away from reaching the Finals.

Jamie Malonzo led Ginebra with 25 points and eight rebounds while Justin Brownlee added 22 points and eight assists; coach Tim Cone praised Malonzo for his strong performance as he continues to recover from an injury.

Ginebra's bench players contributed significantly, scoring a total of 58 points compared to NorthPort’s reserves who scored 39 points.

Coach Cone highlighted the importance of ball movement and team discipline, noting that Ginebra's depth is crucial in their pursuit of reaching the PBA Finals for the second straight conference.

Ginebra will aim to complete a series sweep over NorthPort on Wednesday at Araneta Coliseum.
