Flights canceled due to Tropical Depression Obet

Flights from Manila to three airports in northern provinces were canceled on Thursday due to Tropical Depression Obet.

PAL Express cancelled flights to and from Batanes under tropical wind signal #1, while Cebu Pacific canceled several flights to Tuguegarao City and Cauayan City.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) stated that airport managers are closely monitoring conditions and providing updates.

Tropical Depression Obet was located 650 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes as of Thursday afternoon according to PAGASA.
