DFA: 10,086 Filipinos abroad infected with COVID-19

As of Tuesday, September 1, there were 10,086 confirmed cases of COVID-19 among Filipino nationals abroad.

The number of recoveries increased to 6,174 after 46 new recoveries were recorded in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

There are currently 3,157 Filipinos undergoing treatment for the virus.

The Middle East continues to have the highest numbers of cases, recoveries, fatalities, and those under treatment compared to other regions.

Asia and the Pacific has the least number of cases and deaths among Filipino nationals abroad.
