PNP reports 64 new COVID-19 cases, total now 4,068

The number of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases within the Philippine National Police (PNP) has risen to 4,068 as of Sunday, August 30.

This increase follows a pattern with daily updates showing new infections; on Saturday, there were 103 new cases bringing the total to 4,004.

By Sunday, recoveries had climbed to 2,806 while deaths remained at 16.

The PNP is currently monitoring 2,960 suspected and 718 probable cases of COVID-19 among its personnel.
